CANCELLATION:
- The deposit is a security deposit which will not be refunded in case of a cancellation.
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, the amount will be credited for a future stay at our Residence Floralp.
- If you cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your stay, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the booked arrival date or in case of an early departure, the full amount of the agreed price.
