During the winter season the restaurant is the meeting point for many ski enthusiasts and in summer starting point for a lot of hikes. Relax on our sun terrace and get enchanted by the breathtaking alpine view!
Our apartment house is located at sunny and quiet positions, away from the main road but still centrally located. In winter you can use the neighboring hotel’s ski slope to get from our Residence Floralp directly to the lower cable car station Monte Elmo/Helm.
Our apartment house ise not only ideally located for winter sports; in summer they are a good starting point for many hiking and cycling tours. To the village center it’s only a short stroll.
